RCG and Associates (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides CX and Voice of the Customer (VoC) services to help businesses understand and improve their customer experience. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and their customers in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Respondent Data: Information provided by customers during surveys, interviews, or feedback sessions (e.g., names, email addresses, phone numbers, and opinions).Audio/Visual Data: Voice recordings, transcripts, or video feedback where explicit consent has been granted.Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and device information to ensure survey integrity and prevent fraud.Client Data: Business contact details of our corporate clients

We may disclose information to: Our Clients: The entity that commissioned the VoC research (as specified in the survey disclosure). Service Providers: Third-party hosting or transcription services (e.g., AWS, transcription AI), provided they meet our strict data security standards.Overseas Recipients: If data is stored outside Australia, we ensure the recipient is subject to laws or contracts that offer substantially similar protection to the APPs.
5. Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures, including:Encryption of data at rest and in transit. Strict access controls and multi-factor authentication (MFA).Regular security audits to prevent unauthorized access or "doxing" as prohibited under 2025 Australian law.

7. Children’s Privacy In compliance with the 2025 Children’s Online Privacy Code, we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16 without verified parental or guardian consent.
